I did not answer a call from this number. It turned out to be a robocall that left the following message, apparently cut off in the beginning: "... regarding your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as low as 1 percent. Your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice. Press the number '1' on your phone now to speak to a live operator and lower your interest rate or press the number '3' to discontinue further notices. Thank you and have a great day. Good bye."
