I get at least 5 of these calls per day on my AT&T cellphone. They are a company called Level 3 Communications out of North Carolina. I haven't been able to find out what type of a business it is yet. But, I have blocked all their calls. There is an app called "Call Control" and you install it on your cellphone and once they call again, you just click "Block call" and it will keep track of how many times they do call but it won't ring to bother you. It's a free app by the way and I am happy I installed it, these people are relentless whoever they are!
I also got calls from this number on numerous occasions at different hours of the day and when I answered nothing was said and when I did not answer no message was left.

I don't know what they want. My caller ID on my home phone shows the number and the name, UCFS. "FS" usually means Financial Services (at least, in my experience). I googled UCFS and this is what I got: (1)UCFS.net - United Consumer Financial Services (UCFS) has offered direct seller financing since 1980 and has purchased over 3 million retail installment contracts. UCFS provides retail sales financing for distributors, dealers and merchants in the United States and most provinces of Canada. I got another one. But, it was a hospital. I'm assuming it's the first one, since it has to do with financial services. But, I'm not a small business.
I don't answer numbers that I don't know, by the way. So, it doesn't do any good for them to call me.
