I own a business and am getting calls from this number also the 910-338-0651 number. They always say they are one of the telephone companies "relaying" a message. IT IS A SCAM!
I have heard other stories regarding this "relay service" and the stories only point to a group scamming people for money. One group has already been "caught" (for scamming with cashiers checks) by the Feds but this is another group.
EITHER BLOCK THIS NUMBER OR FILE COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT. THE MORE COMPLAINTS- THE BETTER CHANCE OF THEM ACTUALLY DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
