"BANK OF AMERICA" Keeps calling. Seems to be a Number spoof over VOIP.   Weren't they trying to make this sort of thing illegal?

I have a Bank of America account. I keep a few dollars in it and never use it. I checked the balance  it's about 100$  So nothing odd there.

Who ever the caller is  they seem to have hidden motives of some sort.  The Real BoA says they are not affiliated.
