Who called from 9103755027

Received a call from this number on the land line.  An automated message was left saying, "Your debit mastercard has been blocked.  Please press 1 to reactivate it now and be transferred to our 24 hour security department."  Tried to call the number back and said it was invalid.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone.  No message, no one seemed to be there, even after 10 seconds.  Annoying.

Just got a call from the above number.  No one would answer when I said hello.

So, it seems that there is nobody that I know personally from this number.  I missed the call, but some of you here are saying that there is no message or that the message is meaningless or nobody answers when you call back.  My call-block list just got longer.

It said my account from Chino federal credit union has been locked but I do not have an account there. Sounds like a scam to me.
