Who called from 9103781822

This number calls and calls I do not answer phone calls that do not identify themselves. I know  no one in NC

I have been getting phone calls morning noon and night from this number who is it

These people called today said they were some Firefighters Association wanting a donation and credit card.

what in the world they want from me? tha is crazy! STOP calling!

I get a call daily from this number and a message is never left.  I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number or no request for a return call is made.  This number is becoming a real nuisance to me.
