Female called and was unintelligible. It was english, but I could not discern or establish what the heck she was saying. I finally told them "wrong number" and hung up. Sheesh, it's amazing how badly people can butcher the spoken word to the point where other people who speak the same language can't understand them. And it was an African American female - so..........
