Called twice on Sunday 1/31/16  I was not home, I'm on the do not call list,they are calling me on Sunday, really!

Called on 3/1/16. I answered because it was a local number. The person asked for someone other than myself, and I informed him that he had the wrong number. Then he asked if I had time to respond to a survey. I told him no, to remove me from the call list, and that he was calling my personal cell number. TELEMARKETER
