If you press 1 a male recorded voice asks if your loans are federal (press 1) do you owe more than $10,000 (press 1) are you currently employed press 1).
Your call is then answered by an actual person who asks who you are (they don't even know who they're calling). I asked the name of the company: it's Student Loan Relief Center, but when I asked if they had a website the guy hung up. They have an F rating with the BBB.
