A lady called and said that I was seen smoking out in front of my house(and I dont smoke) and said that she was from the homeowners association and there was a fee to pay. So I just hung up the phone.
My wife has received several calls on her cell from this number. Each time it is the "you the one who hit my car?" prank. The number is probably spoofed as we have gotten the same call on our landline phone, but it displays a different number on the caller ID.
