... we took this call since the caller showed BCBS NC...
when the guy came on the line I recognized it was the same caller who a few days earlier wanted to set up an in-home review of my wife's medical prescription history...
I handed the phone to my wife and when he pitched her his request she immediately told him "no, don't call again - goodbye..."
as many of you will know, there are several of these types of "callers" making the rounds out there but most say ambiguous titles like "ASSIST"...
...might be a good idea in future to ask caller "are you calling for BCBS NC or just spoofing their name to get people to pick up..."
..so be careful, out there...
