I now answer most "out of area" calls so I can then block them if they are....as usual....robo or telemarketers. This number called, and I answered, he asked for me by name, and when I confirmed, he hung up.
This number called my mother and asked for me once and my husband the next day. When she said we were unavailable, he hung up. I tried to call back, but number "was not in service."
