Totally agree to Cathy. Caller ID says William Purvis but the actual caller is Indian. Once he recognize that recipient is Indian as well (like myself), person start talking in Indian Language (Hindi). Very poor way they start the conversation, very hard to understand. And claims to be called from Microsoft, and ask to fix computer. Beware!! They are spammers. Simply hang up and block their number.
Caller ID said "William Purvis". Claimed to be from Microsoft. That's as far as he got when I said "I don't think so" and hung up on him. White pages reverse phone number search said "William Purvis. Star Tel membership landline, located in Autryville, NC". Wish they had "scam" as a call type to report, had to choose "unknown" instead.
