First time I didn't answer, second time I did. He said "Who dis?", I asked who is calling, he again said "Who dis?" Well, that gets a hang up in my book.
Called and I didn't answer. Not a telemarketer at 10:45pm. I posted above too, so the idiot calling does not know how to dial a phone and can't learn from his mistakes.
