Man with very thick accent called and asked what cable I had. Said something about a deal with time warner.  Couldn't understand him so hung up

Caller ID was Suela J Cox. Man with heavy accent and lots of static. Something about AT&T.  We hung up because of the static.

sounded like a man w/Indian accent & lots of static. called 2 times. I just hung up because I know its a scam. our dear government does nothing about these scam artist & I keep getting more & more calls daily.
