I am repeatedly getting calls from 919-689-0603. I am extremely disgusted at the number of times this caller is dialing my number.

I do not pick up the phone, and they hang up after 20 seconds every time leaving NO MESSAGE.

My phone number is registered on the DO NOT CALL list for the last three years.

Please help me to stop getting these calls from this disgusting caller. I hope that the FCC will fine him for harassing people.
