the number calls and asks for someone in my house and when I say they are not there and ask who they are she gives me her name but when I asked what she wanted she disconnected. Did some research and believes it to be somekind of bill collector using caller id spoofing( you can use local or any number you choose for you id to trick the person you are calling). They are calling over a international line which explains the pause in between. the number is a Fayetteville NC number but when you call it back it says disconnected.
