They call and won't leave a message. Happens every so often. When you call them back, a recording tells you to state your name (I babbled gibberish) and then you are connected to someone who calls you by your first name (they must have caller ID). I hung up because I don't do business with anyone who won't identify themselves up front. You should, too.
