Got a call from this number on October 06, 2106 at 6:23 PM. Caller ID said "Bottle Free Wat"  There are many scammers out there who try to give away free water filtration systems and then lock you into a long term contract etc...  Best bet is to simply not answer the phone and add the number to your call blocker device, like I just did.
