Same with me, you guys! They call all the time and there is nobody on the line. I have just stopped picking up calls from Wilmington... I am also on the Do Not Call list, so how did they get my number? Mine is also unlisted, supposedly! I am about to scream! I wonder if a complaint really helps...
Just got the third call from this number today. That means they'll call at least 2 times more. Said this time they were taking a survey, I told them they just called and were told not to call me again, I' am on the do not call list. She said they didn't call, I screamed in her ear and told her not to call me again. I then called the FTC and filed a complaint of which they gave me a referance number of the complaint and told me to call my state attorny's office and register a complaint of which is what I am going to do next. I'm tired of it!
This number has called me 10 time since 8/11/2012!!!! No one is on the other line when picked up and when I call the number a recording states to call back at a later time and that all circuits are busy!!

I have a better idea as you state the "Do Not Call" list is a bunch of bull. I first suggested, when posting to these sites that we use the words "Bomb", Explosives", "Terrorist", etc and perhaps someone in the government would pickup on those words. I haven't seen anyone post them so I have another suggestion. If you get more than three or four calls per day from the UNWANTED callers, lets get the phone numbers for the Department that is suppose to handle these complaints and if you have CALL FORWARDING, send all your calls there if you are able to see a caller ID and are sure it's not one of your relatives. If everyone would do that, their switchboard would be smothered. Then, just maybe, they might do something about them as they certainly are not doing anything now. I will say that I've had one response to a local caller that I reported and he told the FTC that he was taking a SURVEY. The only problem with that is he has two businesses that sell energy saving products. Oh well, all in another day of trying to put up with unwanted crap from thieves.
