Some guy named Don Locke from the "Florida Insurance Team" requesting to speak to our "payroll or financial manager about maintaining compliance with the new healthcare reforms". It took me two requests for his company's name before he grouchily spat out "Florida Insurance Team". He was not willing to talk to me, and wasn't even calling from a Florida number (red flag, no?). Needless to say, he got the financial controller's voicemail. Even though I'm categorizing this as a telemarketer, I can neither confirm nor deny that this person actually IS a sleazebag marketer because he was unwilling to talk to me.... but that's usually the first sign of such a sleazebag, so I'll let you draw your own conclusions.
