Another "spoofed" # with a robocall from a debt collector looking for the previous owner of my cell # who calls my phone dozens of times a week. I believe they are spoofing the #'s with ones similar to those in your surrounding area to trick people into thinking it's someone they know. Even if you answer, you can't speak to a live person...you have to call them at a different #.
