Got a call from this number @ 7:30 am this morning. when I answered they wouldn't say anything. Who are they ?

Got a call stating something anout my social security number.

This is a [***] artist. Stop calling my number or at least if you're going to call say something so that you can be read your last rites.

This number calls all the time.....  but never leaves  message!!!!!  If they are a legal business, I'm pretty sure they would speak up and request a return call....... or at least identify themselves????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I will NEVER deal with people who refuse to identify themselves................
