Had a call from this number about half an hour ago. Sounded like it might be the second part of a scam. He said that he was calling from "State Surveillance" (I think - the connection was bad). He asked if I had received any phone calls saying that I had won a prize and seemed surprised when I said no. I told him that the connection was bad and he said that he would call back. It seems strange that I get a call in Mass. from State Surveillance in Lumberton, NC.
I'm surprised that the number didn't come up on any of these sites.
