These people are trying to sell you extended warranties on cars. I am not an easily persuaded person, but they literally try to coerce you into thinking that your warranty is up and you MUST renew today. I go home to find out that my warranty is NOT up. They are basically just trying to telemarket. Learned my lesson. DO NOT ANSWER. Or, answer and scream at them you're not interested.
The company associated with the telephone number 980-830-3173 is National Protection Service. No need to answer unless you are in the market for a warranty on your used car (mileage must be under 100,000 to qualify).
This number calls me several times a day. When I answer they either don't say anything and hang up or they try to sell me a car warranty. The one time I did listen to them they could not even pronounce Chevrolet correctly!
These people call me (asking for me by my full name) constantly even though I tell them the car they're trying to sell me an extended warranty on was sold last July. They say they'll take me off their lists but obviously they don't. I don't answer any more and they don't leave a message. Comes us NPS on the phone display.
This is National Protection Service selling Car Warranties. I don't answer calls I don't know. Left no message. However, I looked them up on the BBB website and they're Legit. They have a A+ rating. They've been in business since 2003. In 12 years they've only had 14 complaints and all were resolved satisfactorily. So while I'm not interested.....if you are they're okay.
Just because they have an A+ rating doesn't mean they're legit. I have NEVER heard of a warranty company cold-calling someone for business. Plus, they could have paid to get those resolved.
