Scammer. Sometimes leaves the IRS-is-suing-you message.
I got the same prerecorded message from "347-719-1984" telling me to call back at 910-863-1288. Then 4.5 hours later got the same recorded message this time from 910-863-1288. Two different caller IDs both telling me to call 910-863-1288.
They keep calling me telling me that they are the IRS and they have a federal warrant out in my name,call back to see how much money that I owe.It's [***] a scam.
