So did i. seems like it is ascam.

i got a text from this same # asking me if I want to skype. when I asked who they were, it came back with a reply saying "sry, i have no battery life ;( " So i told them to stop texting me, dumbass. They never used my name, so i'm not sure they even know me.

Just got a text from this number asking me to add "Zoewoman4" on Y! Messenger. I'm glad I decided to do some research.

Also received a text saying "hey Reed" then when I asked who it was it said add her on yahoo instant messenger.. SCAM

The same, it also lists this number as a Voip number, which means voice over internet proxy, which means it is someone using a Computer to make calls and texts to phones.
