Received second unknow call from this number listed above today.  The speaker left a second message.  Middle-Eastern accent, very difficult to understand.  I did manage to decipher the phrase:  "I need your social security number."  I am a government employee, working for the Court of Appeal in California.  All calls are recorded and I saved both incoming messages.  I need these calls to stop immediately, again this is a business phone.
