This appears to be some sort of scam. Offers "free cruise cabins" in exchange for personal info. Very shady. Multiple calls over a 1 week period. I have reported it. Its a computer generated female voice btw.
A computer voice offering us a deal on unsold cruise cabins. all we had to do was give the computer voice our bank account info and someone would call us back to find out when we want to go on a cruise.
