IRS Scam.  Female.  This was my last notice (I hope).

called with diff numbers...same phoney message....

IRS sends letters...they do not call.

Called twice more today,  I didn't listen, just hung up,  Blocked caller,

Got a call from Peter Garcia claiming to be from the IRS. He was very hard to understand unlike all the Garcia's I knew growing up. Started with a robot message to my voice mail. Claimed they sent a letter and wanted me to get a lawyer. This is a scam!!!

I once made a mistake and paid too much tax. The IRS notified me by mail and refunded my money. The IRS sends letters when there is an issue.
