This is a scam..... received a call from a Rose Gilbert, (912) 208-0982, stating a default on an unpaid loan, she claimed she worked for a law office (Wayne H. Harris)... no such law office. Asked to go to Rite Aid and get a green prepaid card and send to her otherwise would be arrested and sent to jail. After googling the law office and realizing there is no such law office, told them I thought I was being scammed. Rose hung up and said we should get a criminal attorney. They are very rude and obnoxious on the phone and try to scare you into giving them money. Go to the Police Dept. and report it as a scam. Police checked it out and it is a scam. Report to your Better Business Bureau.

I just received this call. Stated I have fraudulent checks and committed crimes that I will be arrested by Friday. I said wow... I won't have a good weekend then. He called back and left me a message.
I was contacted by a gentleman stating his name was Chris Walker from a law firm in Georgia . The name of the company was Glenn H. Harris and Associates or Wayne H. Harris Legal Associates.he proceeded to tell me that he represented American Lending Services and that i defaulted on a loan for $8000.00 he couldnt tell me the date of the loan who the actuall company was, also stated that i was going to be arrested for this matter . i was never contacted by mail , just via email which i never got any email either. This is a scam .
