A person with heavy East Indian accent who continue to call my mother about "no cost" diabetic products or blood glucose meters. First they try to verify her health coverage information by telling her that they just need to "update" her information then they tell her that the meter she has now was found to be defective and will send her a new one free of charge. Which they do by billing her heath insurance and/or medicare directly. They continue to call using the same song and before I knew it, my mother had three or four unopened boxes of diabetic supplies she didn't need and medicare was getting the bill..
