Who called from 9122094374

I just received a text message an hour ago from [email protected] to call 912-209-4374 re: card issue.  It sited the last 4 digits of an old check card number.  My check card was canceled two weeks ago due to a merchant I had previously shopped with had been hacked and my bank alerted me that my information was at risk and they were terminating my old card effective immediately and would issue me a new one.  Which they have done before anything was falsely charged to my account.   I'd ignore any call from the number, it's a scam of sort.

Received a text last night about suspended card.  I did not recognize the partial card number they showed in message.  I called, and without identifying themselves, a computer asked me to enter the 16 digits of my debit card to reinstate it.  RIGHT! I'm going to give you my 16 digit card number without even knowing who you are, and why you texted me saying my card had been suspended.  Highly suspicious, especially since text sender ID had what appeared to be a different telephone number as sending address.  I hung up.

just received the same.  don't even have a "Wells" card.  whatever that is!!!! definitely a scam and reporting it.

Just received a text stating "Urgent" Attention Call 912-209-4374.  Wells Card.  I never had a Wells Card.  Some type of scam.  Did not call number
