The scam is listing homes on Craigslist for an unbelievable cheap price. Luckily I didn't fall for it just because of the way he wrote me back and his excuse for not being in town in his email - oh yeah and his name "Joseph Smith" - John Doe would have been just as obvious. Then I Googled the number and found this so thought I'd warn everyone. His Craigslist ad was taken down.
This guy has a house listed on craiglist in Arizona he states his name is david mckaig and is asking for $700 i just found it weird that he is unable to have someone come show me the property because he states he recently moved to AL .
