makes harrassing calls relating to energy conservation, including stating that we HAVE to let them into our home, implying that they are a government agency, like we are too stupid to know anything about constitutional rights.  Receive up to four call in one day.

I've told these jerks at least 10 times to stop calling.  They are NOT a gov. agency yet act as such.

They hung up when I answered.
