Who called from 9122339021

I got the # 9122339021000 that called my cell phone.  No message.  I looked it up and it said something from either Savanah Gorgia, or the Iraq food for oil-- something.  I was telling someone about the weirdness of the odd amount of numbers which usually means someone from another country, and realized the last numbers were 9-0-2-1-0--------0.  Maybe a prank based off the old TV show 90210---OH! I don't know, it was wierd.  Does anyone else have this or know who it is?

I've gotten 3 calls from that same number today...I have been ignoring it, but then it goes to voice mail

They call at least 5x a day, don't leave any messages

They call at least 5x a day, don't leave any messages & I have no idea who they are!  And when I do answer, no one says anything.

I know no one in that area code and so did not answer.  From posts I've read sounds like the same effect as 614-495-0156
