Called on Memorial Day T 3:09PM with a garbled message. The number was listed on caller ID with "Georgia Emergency". Could not understand what the caller was saying but something to the effect "wait a minute". Attempted to call the number back since it was listed as a "Georgia Emergency..." and it appears to have come from "Georgia (Savannah)". This is not the type call to receive when you get cut off from an "EMERGENCY" titled number. Is there anything that can be done to eliminate this type call? Does the FCC have jurisdiction in this area and how to you make a report?
