This man called and said we had a package they were trying to deliver with UPS. It was difficult to understand him. He then said I would need to pay for the delivery fee and wanted to make sure I was home. Once I made sure it wasn't something we were expecting,  I told him I wasn't interested. He called back 5 times and then today when my husband picked up the phone he said the same thing to him and then called him stupid if he didn't do it. My husband said he was hanging up and the guy was cursing as he hung up the phone. Very strange.
