This number has also called me several times on my cell phone. If you are being called on a cell phone, most allow you to auto block numbers. You can do a search to see if your specific phone allows this. I have a Samsung SIII. To auto reject a number with this pone go to Phone, hit menu, Call settings, Call rejection, Auto reject list and add the number then save.
They have been calling! I don't usually answer unknown numbers but I did so that I could opt out, of course there wasn't an option to do so. Same noise/static in the background. ridiculous!
