The guy on the phone called my wife a "BICTH"..Because she didn't wont there help to low her Card interest rate..The men told her he had the information in front of him, but would not tell her what Cards it was for.She told him she did not need there help.The man get a attitude thin when off....WHAT THE HELL...And thay sill kep calling.scam?????????
I received a call from Clinton, a representative of Blue Harbor (or Arbor) Financial Card Services. The rep indicated that he obtained my information from Capital one. That my account was still open and I was being charged interest on the account. He explained his job was to help me resolve this issue and offered to close my account, all I needed to due is verify my account info and expiration date. My response to this was since you have my information in front of you, just go ahead and close he account. He said the system would not let him close the account, he said he would try to get Capital one customer service on the line to resolve the issue. The call to connect CaptialOne Customer service failed, surprise, surprise. He said he would speak with his manager and call me back.
