called back the number and there was a bunch of clicks but it did not ring.  Google could not give me an answer.  Blocked

My CID said VOIP. This stands for Voice over private internet. It's just an new way to use fake telephone numbers to get you to answer the call. It is actually a computer calling and you will not be able to trace who is actually trying to scam you by calling back that number.

got a few calls, never leaves a message.  I didn't answer due to the fact I do not know anyone that lives in Georgia.  Probably a robo call and or spoofed number.  DO NOT ANSWER!
