Who called from 9128459998

Got two calls from this number on cell phone this afternoon but when tried to call it back it said the number is invalid. Do not want calls from numbers such as these.

My daughter and her friends have been getting several calls from this number on their cell phones. I've advised them all not to answer.

I answered, it is a survey about drinking and driving and they'll send u $3 for answering questions for about 10 minutes. The guy I talked to sounded Canadian. I just answered the questions hoping they don't call again. they've called every day for over a week
