The number called belongs to "RGL Associates", They were calling to collect on a debt.

got this number callin on my cell phone. They left no message

I am paying on this account and these people will not stop calling or writing.  
They are threating me even though I am making monthly payments.  They want to draft my account but there is no need to do this.  I know how to send the payment.

Some woman named Tammy keeps calling my cell from 912-912-9129 and 800-258-8751 trying to reach my daughter. I have repeatedly asked that they not call my number anymore but they do not stop. I am having the call block feature added to my cell just to get rid of them.

The number is non-operational. It's bogus data sent to your caller ID to obscure where the call comes from. A common tactic of debt collectors.
