I got the call today. SCAM. The Govt. caught two guys one in PA and another one in New Jersey last year. I can remember the guy's name "Patel" . Both husband and his wife involved--camera from the store where she was cashing the wire transferred money published in the news papers. May be they are out from the jail. Or his buddies continue his business.
ID said Kansas City, MO. Message left was from someone supposedly named David Grey with a heavy foreign accent. Said he was with the U.S. Treasury. Caller said this was 2nd attempt at contact regarding a magistrate judge for a federal offense, urged cooperation. Gave callback number, 913-214-4409, same number as on caller ID. Said we would be indicted by Grand Jury for a Federal Crime offense.
