Calls , will not leave message , called 6 times in less than an hour

Called me and didn't leave a message. Tried calling back and got a 'You have reached a non-working number message' I'm guessing scam

Hangs up when the machine turns on. Annoying scam, telemarketing calls. What the heck is the 'do not call list' for anyway. Shouldn't this be stopped.

Called me several times never leaves a message my scammer calls started 5 weeks ago and I been called by over 32 different numbers that all identify per 800 Notes as scammers! Several numbers have called many times. They never leave messages.  I have filed FTC complaints against all that call and also block them in my phone. This number has called me several times and of course they never leave a message. I have learned from this never to answer my cell phone if it is someone that knows me they will leave a message I have probably lost a lot of business from new customers that will not leave me a message! What a shame the FTC can not stop or even keep up with these scammers....
