Appears to be a VOI call that is some sort of phishing scam as the call doesn't really originate from the 913 area code as one is lead to believe. I have received three calls today from different phone numbers that are the same type of Voice-Over-Internet calls that DO NOT originate from the suggested area code listed number. These numbers are now blocked from my cell phone: 913-735-8008; 913-254-3293; 913-246-8751.
