just called my cell. I did n't answer and they left no voice mail. If it is a bill collector i owe nothing to anyone

Do not answer this number!  They should be put in jail for their calls!  I do not owe anyone!
I am on the do-not-call list, but they continue to call every day!!!!!!!!
