likely for Beall's cc which I closed months ago, no outstanding payment due, just closed the card b/c if you don't use it, now they charge you $1 every month. so stupid. if they left messages from their multiple calls, I never listen to them, just delete.
I believe it's a number belonging to World Bank/Comenity Finance. They've got about a hundred numbers and have CC's for Catherine's, Fashion Bug, Lane Bryant and a bunch of other apparel stores. Just block the number, or forward YOUR number to a disconnected one. They'll give up and when you're done screwing with their idiot heads--you just un-forward your number. Works like a charm for me!
