Who called from 9133335178

Caller said he was soliciting donations to a police fraternity organization. Said he worked for "Charity Appeal". These police "charities" are all of a sudden popping up all over the place. I got similar calls lately. Caller ID said Stewart Title and googling that I don't see this number associated with Stewart Title.

Technically they are not telemarketers but charity scammers.  Telemarketers sell things using a phone.
