It was probably someone that was going to pretend to be a bill collector.  They buy old written off debt and try to threaten you to get you to pay it off.

Always remember that they cannot take you to jail for debt...and also remember that no legit debt collector will ever call you before they serve you papers.

Robocall wanted to deliver papers and schedule a delivery.  I hung up.

This number keeps calling and sometines leaves a bogus message stating my Social Security Number is linked to some thing and to call the legal department.

Same thing here. This is a bottom feeder collector trying to collect on old pay day loans and bad debts. IGNORE!!! and don'f fall for the BS!!!!
